Constables do not provide an expedited (within 48 hours) or rush (within 24 hours) service (except for ROs and TROs per law) thus they serve most papers as they are able. That’s not how I roll!
Everything I serve is automatically expedited (within 48 hours).
Rush service (within 24 hours) is available to you at no additional charge if it is feasible for me to do so, and truly necessary for your court case.
Constable fees in Collin County are $75 for most papers, and writs are $175. These rates are per paper, even if there is more than one going to the same person. What a gouge…I don’t do that!
My base rates are the same ($75/$175) but for the multiple paper service to the same recipient, the highest fee paper is full price and the fee for each additional is cut in half.
Returns of Service will be e-filed to the court at a fee of $10 each.
My notary service is mobile, which means I would come to your home, business or neutral meeting place. I do not provide virtual notary services at this time, but it is coming soon.
The state regulates notary fees, but my travel fee is not regulated.
